Moses Phiri, With a Unique Stage Name “ZoeThePoet“, Born July on 18th, Is a Prolific Writer, Spoken word artist, Singer, Actor and Instrumentalist. Besides that, He’s also a Dance Choreographer, Radio and TV personality. He Named Himself ZoeThePoet Because He Believes that he’s a representation of Love, Life and Creativity all embodied in one Young Man. Born in a Family of Six, Raised by a Single Mother in Kitwe Town. He grew up in a Christian Home and He Discovered His Talents at the age of 11 by always Taking Part in Presentations at Church During his Sunday School Days.
ZoeThePoet first entered the studio in 2014 where he recorded his first Verse in a song called “Nkalamibombela” Under a Group called Jam Sounds Worshipers. He Then Developed His Talents by The Help of His Friends from Church and School Which Has Made Him Be Who He is today. He’s Performed Poetry on different Events and Platforms Including High Profiled Government Events. His Name is Attached to Many Poetry Awards, as A Winner, One of Them Been 2016 Kitwe Best Poet organized By CCPC, Copperbelt Province Best Poet by National School Arts Association of Zambia ( NASAAZ) and Even Reaching out to be National Best Poet For NASAAZ Giving Him Much Recognition By Many Schools In Kitwe. ZoeThePoet Has Recorded and Done A number of Poems Which Include, Zambia Hear My Cry with Mwape Chungu, Special Specie, Justice for Vespers and Beautiful under Poetry for Change with Music Box by TY SoundiT as Producer.

With a driven passion to help young talented artists and provide a platform where great music, Poems, Arts, Creativity and great minds meet, ZoeThePoet is Youth Activist, Child Marriage advocate and Volunteer for a Number of organizations. He’s the Founder and president of Poetry for change-p4c foundation, A youth led innovation and youth movement that is community Centered and there Arts are Transformative, Life Changing, Inspirational and are Mostly Conscious and they talk about societal abnormalities such as GBV, Peer pressure, HIV and AIDS, Rape, Defilement etc. The Movement organizes Shows and concerts, the money raised is used to help lend a helping hand to the needy, less privileged street children etc, Further this Initiative Creates a Platform for Youths to Showcase there Own Creativity and Talents to the World.
He is Currently Pursuing A Bachelors Degree In Law. ZoeThePoet Seeks to Reach Out to as many Lives as possible through his Work and artistic Writing, For He Believes “Arts Change Hearts”
