Plight Chapusha professionally known as Plight Intellect or “The Mind of Plight” is a Zambian RnB/ pop artist born in Mazabuka on 6th November 1987 as a first born in a family of 3 boys. He always had a strong desire and passion for music from his childhood as he would always orient himself with music. He did music in his grade 8 and 9 at Matero Boys Secondary, thereafter he started using music to express himself and to share other people’s experiences.
The first song he released was titled You and featured Daev and Yo maps. He is yet to release another single titled Change which is about trying to do things right after making mistakes. He intends to release more singles before the end of this year. He holds a computer degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MİT) USA online, Microsoft Certified IT Specialist and Programmer, Cisco Networking, Web Engineering, Cyber Security and hold a Masters in Information Systems Management from the University of Roehampton.
Apart from music Plight is a certified programmer, web engineer, systems administrator, cyber security specialist, runs an Information Technology firm called Inwit Systems Ltd, he is Co-founder of My Ride The Taxi booking app among other things.
