Pilato has assured the people of Zambia that he will not rest until they are remembered economically. Pilato shared that he feels the urge and desire to help the poor and vulnerable by being a voice for them.
“I do not have enough money to help our people but I have a voice. I have resolved never to ignore the suffering of people no matter the cost” he said.
Pilato and Laura Miti were released from Police Custody on Friday and the Court has set October 27th as date of Commencement of Trial. They will be represented by Lawyer “Keith Mweemba” The duo spearheaded a peaceful protest on Friday along Great East Road (Lusaka) against the government for procuring Fire Trucks worthy $1 Million each.
