After storming the internet with his controversial speech at the awards were he unexpectedly said “Mailo nalele ubwamba” Muzo aka Alphonso graced music lovers with an exclusive interview on QTV‘s Hi5 Show hosted by Dj Showstar.
Muzo aka Alphonso was asked if his music career was going down after leaving Alpha Entainment the claim which he refuted. The Kasama Swag rapper further said he isn’t certain on who people want to praise “Katwishi abantu ebo bafwaya ukulumba“. Muzo also added that despite being signed under Alpha Entertainment the label was not taking care of him he used to provide for himself and pays his rentals .
Muzo aka Alphonso also added he is scheduled to drop his album called “Massacre” on 5th October, 2018 (today) whose title meaning can be easily googled. The 10 track album will not have a single feature and was entirely produced by “Shinko Beats“. The Kwacha Music Award winner explained that featuring anyone on the project would compromise and change the meaning of this tape.
When asked about his Kwacha Music Wards 2018 speech and the full meaning of the phrase “Mailo Nalele ubwamba“, he straight-forward claimed he meant exactly what he said. Despite scooping the award against his rival Kiss B Sai Baba, Muzo aka Alphonso wasn’t pleased for not being nominated against the Top Notch artistes in the industry like Macky 2, Slapdee and Chef 187 who had pulled out. The confident rapper said he would shock the country by winning an award against Slapdee, Chef 187 and Macky 2.
The Afro Horn Sounds CEO also said that his favourite Zambian artiste is “Pompi” without hesitation when asked but hesitated to later add Jae Cash, Slapdee and Tommy D to his list. Watch Full Interview Below!
