Veteran Music Producer “Killer Beats (KB)” took it Instagram to announce he will be retiring from making music. The K-Amy CEO said he only has about 2-3 years remaining before he bids farewell to making music.
KB made this announcement in a 6mins Video clip he posted on the social media platform. In the same video, he also took time to advise upcoming artists against begging record labels to sign them. According to Mr. Kaba, upcoming artistes are better off independent in this modern era as times have changed. He emphasized talent alone is enough for an artiste to make it and hence they don’t need big artistes or record labels to push them.
In the same video, KB further announced he will be releasing his last album called “The Last Dance”. Although the release date for the project isn’t yet set, he disclosed its in its last stage of production with a only a few features remaining. The name of the album was also inspired by “Michael Jordan’s” documentary of the same title.
