Socialist Iris Kaingu through her foundation did a match past and feeding program for street kids, vulnerable children and physically challenged. The program took place in North Mead at the North Mead car park on the 7th of December 2019. It was aimed at feeding street kids, vulnerable children and physically challenged and also spending time with them.
The program was themed healing the world with love , it started mid morning and ended late afternoon. During an interview with the media Iris said she wants to use her foundation to touch the lives of different people especially the vulnerable in different communities, she also mentioned that she is yet to do more.
