Ruby” hitmaker and former Big Brother Africa housemate during the 2013 Season 8 “The Chase” edition, Sulupinsio Banda has disclosed how he was the highest earning Big Brother Africa (BBA) housemate during his time.

The entertainer featured on last night’s edition of Phoenix FM’s Tonight Live show with Chimweka and The Duchess monitored by Your one and Only trusted Blogging site Zed Hype Mag, where he explained how housemates were given a monetary allowance for each day they stayed in the BBA house, given to them after they leave. He further revealed that he was the highest paid after leaving, on the basis of how popular he got especially through the “Ruby” song that he composed in the house, then eventually recorded in Zambia.

During the interview, Sulu also explained that when he was called to perform the “Ruby” single with Salma at the finale, he was also told by insiders from management that he was their preferred winner before the preference of some individuals changed. On this line of thought, Sulu expressed that Big Brother Africa fixes who is going to win, alleging that it’s not completely up to the voters (viewers).
