Multi-award winning HipHop artiste and Kopala Swag rapper “Chef 187” is currently doing numbers with his recent album “Bon Appetit“. The album which dropped late last year has scored more than 1.5 Million Streams on ‘Boomplay‘.
The record makes it the most streamed Zambian album on the platform. In October, the album also became the most streamed Zambian project on ‘Deezer’ (Read Article) but however that record is now being held by ‘Jay Rox‘s SCAR which was released in March this year.
‘Bon Appetit‘ is by far the most commercially successful album by the ‘Lyrical Sensei’. If Zambia had Record Certification System, the 1.5 Million Streams on Boomplay would have earned it a platinum status. Chef 187 also took it Twitter to post about the much deserved success of his album.
