HipHop artiste “Chef 187” 2 days ago took it to twitter to express his displeasure why “G Rutherford” can’t feature him on their billboards. The Multi-Awarding winning rapper says despite living in Ndola for almost half his life, the Billboard advertising company has not noticed him and featured him on their Billboards
In addition, Chef 187 noted how It would be easy for Ndola based girls to have their images imprinted on the Billboards while it remains difficult for him. He also recalls how he was told to submit his high resolution images for consideration but to no avail.
