Born at Nchelenge General Hospital of Luapula Province . Chansa Sikazwe did his primary school at Kambwali Basic School from 1997 to 2005 in Nchelenge District of Luapula Province .
After completion of Junior Secondary school, due to financial challenges, Chansa Sikazwe almost failed to go to secondary school since his mother could not afford to pay for school fees, but due to his passion for school, he insisted on going to social welfare who eventually paid for his secondary school from 2006 to 2008 at Kawambwa Boys Technical School.
After completing school , Chansa Sikazwe wanted to be a Medical Doctor but as earlier mentioned ,finances could not allow him achieve his dream job, this made him join the Zambia Police Service in August 2009 at The School of Public Order and maintenance.
After successfully completing the training, in 2010, he joined State House Special Duties. Due to his passion for personal development, in 2014, Chansa Sikazwe did his first Degree with National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) where he graduated with the first Merit in 2018. In 2019, he joined The University of Lusaka to do his masters in Public Administration. Born a leader, Chansa Sikazwe has Risen as a leader whenever he goes. He is a goal oriented person who cannot be stopped by any external environment or forces. His strong belief from childhood is that one’s life should not be determined by how fat your pocket is but rather what you do today determines your tomorrow. Chansa Sikazwe is known to be a leader ,honest, truthful, a man of integrity and someone who takes responsibility of his life. In 2021, Chansa Sikazwe joined network marketing and sees his future as a transformative entrepreneur and a public speaker. Chansa Sikazwe also has a heart for people ,and his dream is to be a Transformative Public Speaker and and have his own foundation dedicated to help children in need.
